Abstract
Approaches to ensuring coordinated rotation of induction motors in multi-engine systems are analyzed. The possibility of using closed systems "thyristor voltage converter - induction motor" (TPN-AD) with speed feedback is shown and the relevance of parametric synthesis tasks for ACS, which ensure rotation synchronization in multi-engine systems, is justified. The functional and linearized structural diagrams of the closed-speed TPN-AD system are considered, which made it possible to develop a structural diagram of a multi-motor electric drive with three induction motors with a common speed regulator in the MATLAB/Simulink simulation environment. A differential equation system in the form adapted for solving the problem of control system parametric synthesis, speed and torque calculation in starting mode of three-motor induction electric drive is compiled. To find acceptable parameters of ACS regulators, a formalized approach to determining their design values is implemented. For this, an approach based on the quadratic Lyapunov function has been proposed. The regulator parameters lying in the range of technically realizable values are selected by a scanning method in order to ensure compliance with Lyapunov stability conditions. The procedure is implemented in a specially developed subroutine in the MATLAB environment programming language. The obtained values of the ACS parameters were used in differential equations when calculating the start-up process dynamics for a multi-engine system using the Runge-Kutta method. The simulation results demonstrate that the obtained ACS parameters ensure the stability of the transient start-up process without overshooting the speed. This confirms the considered method operability for the synthesis of the control system parameters for a multi-motor induction electric drive with thyristor voltage converters.
