Abstract
The features of using innovational educational technologies in formation of student competences in the informational security foundations are described in the article. The design education methods based on information and communication technologies appling gives additional advantages: using the variety of information, which is posted at the opened and free net recourses, developing the electronic communication culture, formation of the common cultural competences, the computer competence upgrading and getting the knowledge and skills of the information security provision in the ICT environment.
