Abstract
The article presents the theoretical and methodological, the methodical and practical aspects of the educational informational environment formation for the future university experts preparation using the distance learning technology. The problem solution of the educational informational environment formation for the IT specialist preparation using the model of this environment and the distance learning technology from the perspective of systematic, synergetic and constructivist approaches, was explained. This makes it possible to continue the development of the professional training technology.
Also, the entity was viewed, the components were validated, the interrelation of the components and the content of structural-functional model of educational informational environment for preparation the IT specialist were examined.
The results of the IT specialist preparation in educational informational environment building and using conditions complex checking were shown. The methodical provision of future IT specialist preparation process in the educational informational environment was developed and tested.
